Kevin Hansen (Presenter): Kevin Hansen, PharmD, MS, BCPS, is assistant director of pharmacy at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, North Carolina. He provides leadership and operational oversight for pharmaceutical compounding, pharmacy perioperative services, and is the residency program director for the Health-System Pharmacy Administration residency program.
