Christina Michalek, BS, RPh, FASHP is the Director of Membership and Patient Safety Organization (PSO) at the Institute for Safe Medication Practices and Administrative Coordinator for the Medication Safety Officers Society. She is a member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP), the Pennsylvania Society of Health-System Pharmacists (PSHP), and the Pediatric Pharmacy Association (PPA).
Lauren Lobaugh MD, MAS, FAAP
Baylor College of Medicine
Dr. Lauren Lobaugh, MD, MAS, FAAP, is an Assistant Professor at Baylor College of Medicine in the Department of Anesthesiology, Perioperative, and Pain Medicine. She works as a pediatric anesthesiologist at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston, Texas. She is the Associate Chair of Quality Improvement and Patient Safety for her department, helping establish robust systems to reduce harm for the more than 60,000 anesthetics performed annually.
