Chris Boiallis, PharmD, BCSCP
Quality Assurance Pharmacy Coordinator, Cone Health
Christopher Boiallis is the quality assurance pharmacy coordinator at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital and is responsible for the oversight of the Omnicell I.V. station Robotics program. He also provides oversight and support for the sterile and non-sterile pharmaceutical compounding operations for Cone Health. He graduated from St. John's University College of Pharmacy in 2004 with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and obtained his Board Certification in Sterile Compounding in 2019.

Denise Cox
Senior Vice President, Chief Customer Officer, Omnicell
Denise Cox is the Chief Customer Officer North America at Omnicell, responsible for driving all aspects of creating, building, launching, and scaling Omnicell's Customer Experience organization. Denise's organization comprises certified experts in pharmacy transformation from strategy to execution and beyond, delivering greater impact, faster time to value, and a positive return on critical investments. Prior to joining Omnicell, Denise served as Vice President of the Americas Customer Experience (CX) Centers for Cisco. A frequent speaker at Women in Technology events, Denise has a Master of Science in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.

Alex Pratt
Vice President, Customer Success, Omnicell
Alex Pratt is the Vice President, Customer Success at Omnicell. His team helps customers use Omnicell solutions to transform medication management, improve safety, increase efficiency, and reduce waste. Prior to joining Omnicell, Alex served as Vice President of Radiology Technology for Envision Healthcare's Radiology Services business. He has also led Customer Success, and Professional Services functions for multiple early-stage healthcare technology and services companies. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University.

Leigh Martin
Director of Customer Success IV, Omnicell
Leigh leads Omnicell's success solutions team that is responsible for ensuring the adoption of Omnicell's tech-enabled services designed to help customers achieve better business outcomes and faster time to value. Prior to joining Omnicell, Leigh was a Senior Director, Science at Infor Dynamic Science Labs, building a team that solved complex problems for customers, including an inventory optimization solution for health systems. Prior to that, she was Director, Client Services at FIS, and Practice Manager – Pricing and Optimization at Oracle. Leigh holds a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Brown University and an MBA and Masters in Information Systems from Boston University.

Elaine Barth
Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Services IV, Omnicell
Elaine Barth focuses on customer success as a Clinical Manager in Omnicell's Pharmacy Services team, specializing in IV Compounding. Prior to coming to Omnicell, Elaine managed a team of technicians at a compounding facility that produced nearly 500,000 CSPs annually, which included manual preparations and batching with Omnicell's IV Stations. Elaine's expertise includes recruiting and training of pharmacy technicians, workflow optimization, sterile compounding, cleanroom requirements, 797 regulations, and quality assurance. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Niagara University and maintains her National Pharmacy Technician License through PTCB.
