Sandy Salverson, PharmD, BCPS

VP Pharmacy Operations, OSF HealthCare System

Sandy Salverson is the VP for Pharmacy Operations at OSF HealthCare System, based in Peoria, IL. Sandy leads the service strategy and pharmacy operations execution for the eleven-hospital health system, which includes oversight of collaborative optimization of a $100 million drug budget with medical staff, supply chain, and finance.

Staci A. Hermann, PharmD, MS

Chief Pharmacy Officer, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health

Staci Herman is the Chief Pharmacy Officer at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health. Staci received a Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from the University of Rhode Island. She then completed a year of post-graduate residency training at Aurora Healthcare in Milwaukee, WI, followed by a two-year focused post-graduate residency training in Pharmacy Administration with a Master of Science in Pharmacy Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Throughout her career, she’s managed a variety of areas within pharmacy such as inpatient operations, informatics, clinical practice, etc. She is very active professionally in both the American Society of Health-System Pharmacist and Vizient national organizations where she has leads a number of committees. Much of her work focuses on shaping the profession of pharmacy in the ever-changing healthcare landscape.

James Stevenson, PharmD, FASHP, FFIP

VP Medication Systems Strategy, Omnicell

James G. Stevenson is Vice President of Medication Systems Strategy at Omnicell. Previously, he served as president of hospitals and health systems services at Visante, Inc. Before joining Visante, Stevenson was chief pharmacy officer at the University of Michigan Health System and associate dean and department chair of clinical, social, and administrative sciences at the University of Michigan College of Pharmacy. He also served on the Board of Directors of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.
