Christopher J. Boiallis, PharmD, BCSCP, is the Director of Pharmacy at the Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic in Gillette, Wyoming, which is opening an outpatient pharmacy and infusion clinic in early 2023. Christopher was previously the Quality Assurance Pharmacy Coordinator at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospitals, where he led the implementation of two i.v.STATION robotic sterile compounding devices in 2019, and expanded to three in 2020.Cone Health still maintains the highest production volume for their three i.v.STATION robotscompared to the rest of the IVCS service line, with over 410,000 products prepared to date. Christopher graduated from St. John’s University College of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and was one of the first to obtain his board certification in sterile compounding at the end of 2019.

As a clinical strategist with the Omnicell One team, Rachel Cordrey works closely with customers to identify opportunities to optimize medication inventory. Her areas of expertise include process improvement, pharmacy administration, and pharmacy operations. Dr. Cordrey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Maryland College Park, a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.

Carmine DeNardo serves as General Manager, leading the specialty pharmacy business for Omnicell.

Prior to Omnicell’s acquisition of ReCept Pharmacy, Carmine was President and Chief Executive Officer of ReCept since 2009. In this post he was responsible for overseeing the company’s long-term national growth, developing a multi-disciplined team focused on patient care and integration of strategic initiatives to expand specialty pharmaceutical care to large health systems.

With more than 30 years of executive leadership in both retail and specialized pharmacy services, he was a key industry contributor in defining the “specialty” pharmacy model. Prior to joining ReCept, Carmine served as Chief Operating Officer for TheraCom, a service division of CVS Caremark, and Vice President of CVS Caremark Specialty Operations, overseeing all specialty retail locations across 25 states. Carmine earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Northeastern University.

Kristen has held many roles over the last 23 years in the 340B space. Prior to joining Omnicell Outpatient Pharmacy Services as a subject matter expert with 340B and Specialty services, Kristen worked on the Third Party Administrator side consulting on optimization of the programs with a keen interest in incorporating specialty products and specialist referral scripts into the 340B program for Hospitals and other 340B covered entities. Kristen has also worked in 340B, government and GPO contracting for several pharmaceutical manufacturers throughout her career. Kristen consults with all covered entities on their 340B program as it is today and how to compliantly optimize the program to further achieve patient access and enhance services to patients while increasing net savings aligned with the intent of the 340B program.

Glenn George, MBA, Applications Architect, Texas Children's Hospital, has over seventeen years of experience in developing and innovating data-driven solutions. Glenn provides IT solutions for complex healthcare initiatives and innovates for the future of digital health while prioritizing patient safety. Glenn has helped with various Omnicell implementations including multiple XR2 implementations at Texas Children’s Hospital. Glenn received his Bachelor's degrees in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, and Management from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.

Heidi Grossweiler, MSN, RN has been a part of the Omnicell team for over 10 years. As manager of the Executive Briefing Center located at Omnicell’s Cranberry Woods office, Heidi works closely with sales, executive leadership and marketing teams within Omnicell in planning and executing customized experiences for customers, prospects and partners which reflect best practices and industry benchmarks. She also serves as a clinical consultant to internal departments related to products, processes and workflow. In her previous role as an Omnicell nurse consultant, Heidi worked closely with the sales team with on-site consultation for hospital executives and employees to assist health systems in meeting patient care and fiscal objectives through adoption of automation solutions in the medication management process. She holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing, and has over 25 years of experience working in various hospital systems as a critical care nurse and manager of surgical services.

Vaughn Kinosian leads pharmacy operations for Omnicell’s new Outpatient Pharmacy Services offering.Vaughn joined Omnicell through the acquisition of ReCeptHealthcare Services. He joined the ReCept team in 2012 as part of the organization’s vision to execute its growth strategy in pharmacy management, specialty pharmacy and 340B program management. Vaughn’s team enables a health system to create a best-in-class specialty pharmacy capability and unlock the financial value of being accountable for the care of patients on specialty medications. Vaughn’s experience encompasses opening, operating, and managing specialty and community pharmacy locations in a variety of practice settings including health systems, large provider groups, clinics, and other 340B entity-based locations.Prior to joining ReCept, Vaughn spent 16 years with CVS Health growing Specialty/Retail Operations and advancing priorities in the Strategic Product Development Group. Vaughn attended The University of Rhode Island where he received a BS in Pharmacy.

Craig Lane is the Manager for Application and Technical Services within the Pharmacy Department at Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH) in Houston Texas. Craig has led the implementation of many Omnicell projects in his 20 years at TCH, including the 3 XR2 implementations in the Specialty Pharmacy (Fall 0f 2019) and Main Campus location (Spring and Fall of 2022). His focus is the increased utilization of technology to improve patient safety, reduce waste, and improve inventory visibility. Craig also serves as the Residency Program Coordinator for the PGY2 Informatics Residency at TCH. Craig received his bachelors in Business and Computer Information Systems Management from Houston Baptist University.

Debb Peterson is a Field Strategist for Omnicell One. She facilitates Omnicell’s cloud-based analytics and workflow through the Omnicell One Platform, applying expertise in pharmacy inventory and operations. Debb holds a Master’s degree in Business from Carroll University and a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from the University of Minnesota.

Shane Trickey is a clinical strategist for the Omnicell One platform. His areas of expertise include hospital, behavioral health, and surgical center operations, supply chain logistics and inventory management. Shane holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.

Kilee Yaroush is passionate about pharmacy operations and the opportunity to assist customers on their inventory management journey through Omnicell One. Kilee spent nearly 17 years as a Director of Pharmacy at various hospitals, including acute rehab to community teaching hospitals. She also has experience in nuclear pharmacy and community pharmacy, and served for eight years as a member of the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy. Kilee holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Duquesne University and a MBA from Lake Erie College.
