Nish Parekh re-joined Omnicell in June 2023 as Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer. With a proven track record in leading global product management organizations, she brings a wealth of experience and a passion for creating customer-centric solutions. As leader of Omnicell’s global product management organization and North America marketing, Ms. Parekh drives innovation across product and services development, design, program management, marketing intelligence, and business development. Following product leadership roles at AppliedVR, Omnicell, IBM Watson Health, and Epic Systems, she has a deep understanding of delivering end-to-end product experiences that solve meaningful problems and delight customers. Ms. Parekh graduated from Emory University at the Goizueta Business School with a degree in Finance.

Jennifer Hillman, PharmD, MBA, serves as the Executive Director of Pharmacy for University Health Inpatient Pharmacy in San Antonio, Texas. Jennifer has deep experience in pharmacy automation and technology, leading the implementation of 15 solutions, including a large-scale, multi-site automated medication dispensing cabinet conversion project. Under her leadership, University Health implemented the first IV compounding robot in the state of Texas and partnered with a robotics company to create the first oral syringe-filling fully autonomous robot.

Jennifer has more than 20 years of hospital operations experience. She earned her Doctorate in Pharmacy from Texas Tech University, then completed one-year general practice residency with the Dallas VA Medical Center, followed by a one-year primary care specialty residency with an emphasis in managed care at the University of Maryland. She recently completed her Master’s in Business Administration degree.
