How does the 24/7 prescription collection kiosk work?
Prescriptions are prepared, bagged, and loaded into the Pharmaself24 instead of sitting on a shelf waiting to be handed out. Patients receive an SMS alert with a unique six-digit code when their medicines are ready. They can then use the touchscreen to enter the code, make any required payments, and collect their medicines. It's a familiar, user-friendly experience, much like using a vending machine or ATM
Is Pharmaself 24 customisable to my business?
You can customise front panels and frames with various colors and your logo. Our manufacturing partner offers installation options for steps, risers, height issues, and space restrictions. The user interface is adaptable for specialist workflows, and you can set up a two-way integration with your PMR system using an API. Additionally, automated usage reporting is available for quick overviews and in-depth analysis, downloadable at branch level or for export to head office systems.
How disruptive is the installation process?
